As our plant is located at the bottom of the Pyrenees, in a protected area, the environment is at the heart of our concerns.
Water : The rejections are controlled thanks to a computerized self-control station accredited by the National Water Agency.
A processing station for the cooked meats juices by filtration, centrifugation, concentration and mechanical compression of vapours allows to minimize the releases while promoting the residual fats and meat in an optimal way.
Residual effluents, as well strongly depolluted, transit in our purification station before being rejected in the municipal station.
Air : Our activity has no influence on the environment thanks to the use of gas and electricity as sources of energy.
